The welcoming staff, including Wayan, provided great recommendations and assistance. Comfortable room, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, and helpful scooter rental. Excellent hospitality and peaceful location.

Air conditioning plug occasionally faulty. No major complaints.

we had a wonderful stay at sitala suite, from the warm welcome despite our late arrival to the spacious and clean rooms. the terrace offered a perfect spot for breakfast, and renting a scooter from the friendly host made exploring easy. with helpful recommendations and a lovely family atmosphere, we would gladly return to this charming oasis. Cons: nothing - everything was simply great! 😊.
